Posted home
A prepaid return is in the box. You see tracking both ways. If the phone does not arrive in time, a spare goes out.

One edited reel
A person at the studio cuts one mastered voicemail — a tone, a gap, then each message. It is promised within 24 hours of the phone coming home.

A finished record, a USB, or a speaker. Each one is posted with a carrier, a tracking code, and the date it should arrive.

Original recordings follow London Studio's retention window. Processed messages and the mastered reel are kept for life only if you opt in at checkout.
